Booked a room like in photos. 4. the location was marvelous, near a tram station, if you need it. 5. the hotel was set in a very picturesque area. My experience at Playroom Aparthotel in Krakow was excellent. the rooms were spotlessly clean and had a modern touch that I really appreciated. the staff members were friendly and ready to assist from the moment I arrived until I checked out. the room I had booked matched the photos online perfectly, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel's location was fantastic, being close to a tram station for convenient travel.

We even found complimentary bears, coke, and water in the fridge. the location of the apartment was great, as it was situated between the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying drinks and dinner. our experience was perfect.
